All topic regarding ressources should be very simple, i'll try to cover all detail in the form of a Q&A to make it simple to read.
Q-I just started and I have 100 Research point why ?
A-Every player start with a base generation of 100 research point per day.
Q-How do I Generate more Research Point ?
A-Looting Items found in sectors, completing planetary upgrade or claiming more planets are the ways to go.
Q-Where can I see my maximum Research ?
A-Just hover your mouse on the Research Logo on top right of your screen, you should see a detailed view of your earning and Overflow.
Daily Research : This is the amount of credit you are generating each day.
Overflow : This is a pool used for stacking research point when you're not researching anything.
Q-What is my maximum Overflow ?
A-You can stack up to 24H of research point in Overflow. Past 24h the overflow will be full and you won't be able to stack more Research Point. Try to always run a Research, so you don't waste any Research point.
Q-I went above my Maximum Research Overflow, how is that possible ?
A-Some Items found in sectors will provide you with instant Research bonus, if you were already at maximum this will take you above, but this will stop your Research hourly generation as long as you are capped.
Q-How is Research point used ?
